Bead Buddies collects basic customer information, such as contact, claim, invoice and delivery details, when customers contact us, claim items during a TikTok Live, receive or pay an invoice, or need support.
We use this information to manage claims, issue invoices, arrange postage, provide support and keep required business records.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed securely by Square or PayPal. Bead Buddies does not collect or store card details through this website. Square, PayPal and other service providers may handle information outside Australia under their own privacy policies.
